Please invite anyone you feel needs to see the venue before making a decision to sign a contract with you to your initial private tour.
Our tours last between 60 and 90 min on average.
We ask a good number of questions, including regarding your budget.
In the wedding planning process, it's important to have a handle on your budget and your number of guests PRIOR to selecting a venue. Don't worry, our pricing doesn't change based on your budget and we don't have things to "up-sell" you. We just want to make sure the total investment is part of the conversation so we can recommend vendors that may be a good match and expectations are realistic, should you choose our venue for your big day.

Select from the calendar an available time for your tour! Once submitted, you will automatically receive an email confirmation and we will automatically have your tour scheduled onto our calendar (pretty neat right!).

Parking is easy to find. Simply find the Community Market and park in that lot. Or park on the street outside of Cottontail in the designated spaces.
