Client Open Houses

For our booked clients, we offer monthly open houses. This is a perfect time to visit the venue, look around, and get all the feels.

This is your time to:

  • Ask questions

  • Test décor ideas and linen colors

  • Get measurements

  • Bring vendors (DJ, photographer, florist, coordinator)

  • Show family and friends

  • Rehearse ceremony

We require advance registration so that we know who is coming and can best prepare for you! Feel free to bring family, friends and vendors with you.

Open House Dates

  • May 18, 2025 (1:00pm - 2:00pm) … Sunday

  • June 15, 2025 (1:00pm - 2:00pm) … Sunday

  • July 13, 2025 (1:00pm - 2:00pm) … Sunday

If you have not booked with Cottontail, but have toured with us already and would like to come back for a second look we invite you to join us at these open houses as well!
