Our pricing is based on the entire day (10:00am - 10:00pm). We only host one event per day so that our focus can be entirely on you!

Two Day Rentals
This is a great option for couples who would appreciate having additional time inside Cottontail for set up. It also guarantees your time for rehearsal.
Add Thursday to Friday or Friday to Saturday Rental: $800 (1:00pm - 6:00pm)
*Note: All events are required to carry special event insurance
*Sales tax is 6.3% on a portion of the rental ~ $80 to $100
*Holidays have special pricing please call for details
*Have your rehearsal dinner for an additional fee

Ultimately, our in house rentals are cheaper than any outside rental company could offer, with the added benefit of peace of mind. It is also sometimes cheaper than some disposable options.
These packages are optional - you can also choose to provide your own disposable dinnerware.
Basic Package
$4.00 per setting
Dinner plate, dinner fork, knife, water goblet, and charger.
Medium Package
$5.00 per setting
Dinner plate, dinner fork, knife, dessert plate, dessert fork, water goblet, wine glass, and charger.
Premium Package
$9.00 per setting
Dinner plate, dinner fork, knife, salad plate, salad fork, dessert plate, water goblet, wine glass, and charger.
This package provides unlimited glassware for the bar for 4 hours. Includes, whiskey glass, beer glass, and cocktail glass.
Bar service and alcohol
Thinking of having some libation at your celebration? Wonderful!
It may not be your style, and we totally get that, but if you decide you would like to serve alcohol then it is super simple.
The bar is one of the places where you can get some scary budget surprises - especially when the venue you choose charge per drink!
We avoid that at Cottontail, because you can bring all of your beer/wine/spirits yourself and know exactly how much you will spend in advance.
All alcohol must served by one of our approved bartending vendors.
To enhance your bar experience we provide:

Wait! Aren’t we next to a brewery?
If you love craft beer, or really beer in general, then Ballad has something for you. With their four flagship brews, and usually another 6 in rotation, they are always cooking up some beverage love - and you can bring that love to your reception.
They offer beer by the can, bottle, and 1/6 barrel keg. We can even handle the pickup and drop off for you. Call or email them for current pricing and brews.
