We have you scheduled on our calendar!

A few notes and reminders:

• You can always cancel or reschedule your tour from the calendar invitation, or the email, sent by Calendy. Also feel free to call or email us if you any have issues.

• Please give us notice if you cannot make it!

• It is good to have an idea of your guest count and budget prior to coming onsite for a tour.

  If you have no idea where to start with your budget then take a look at our budget guide. We used numbers from local vendors to give as realistic a estimate on what a wedding can cost. It is important to have the budget conversation before you book a venue (I know it’s tough and no fun), but trust me you will be happier with your decisions if you know that you can afford everything, and not just the venue.

  We can host between 50 and 175 people in a wedding, but my personal favorite number is 100-130. Our space can feel more intimate and elegant when not packed with tables.

• Please invite anyone to the tour who needs to see the venue in person before you feel comfortable signing a contract. 

  We are happy to set up a second tour if you need to, but it is so much easier for you to have everyone there the first go-round. Remember too - after you have toured, you are invited to attend our open houses (typically for booked couples).

• If you haven’t already, then take a look at our site to find a lot of information.

  These tours can be heavy on the information, but we tried really hard to give you everything you need upfront on our website. It will be more enjoyable for you if you don’t have a thousand questions swirling in your head when you visit.

• Parking is across the street at the Community Market. 

  Our address is 600 Craghead St, but if you arrive at the backside of our building then you will not see Cottontail. Park in the Community Market lot, or along Craghead St, and look for our sign over the arched doorway. Just note: Saturday morning until noon there is typically a farmers market which makes parking in the market lot difficult.

• Just a reminder - we do not hold dates without a deposit and contract. So it is possible that your preferred date may be booked prior to our tour. If that is the case, we will do our best to let you know before you visit! All dates are booked on a ‘first come’ basis and the deposit and contract are what officially book a date.

• Finally, we are a "no pressure" venue. We want what's best for YOU.  We are happy to book your date with you on the tour, however, we will not pressure you for a booking.
